Dow Off Season Conditioning Workouts Begin November 8th.
The Dow High Baseball Program will begin off season conditioning on Monday November 8th in the loft at 5:30-7:00. These workouts will take place every Monday and Wednesday throughout the Winter. These workouts are optional and anyone interested in playing baseball during the 2022 season is invited to attend. We look forward to seeing you.
